- ReptiBuddy provides reptile-related educational content, discovery tools, enclosure planning tools, product links, and related website features (the "Service").
- You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
- ReptiBuddy is currently offered without paid subscriptions. We may add, change, or remove free or paid features at any time.

The Service may allow users to submit, save, post, upload, or share content now or in the future, including profile information, preferences, comments, images, enclosure plans, saved reptiles, quiz results, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant ReptiBuddy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, copy, modify, display, publish, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms, the rights of any third party, or applicable law. We may remove or restrict User Content at any time, but we are not obligated to monitor all User Content.

- Explicit violence or gore
- Adult or pornographic content
- Harassment or bullying
- Personal information of others
- Spam or misleading content
- Malware or harmful code
- Copyright-infringing material

- Content promoting self-harm
- Unauthorized advertising
- False, deceptive, or unsafe animal care instructions presented as professional advice
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, data, software, trademarks, logos, compilation, and other materials, is owned by ReptiBuddy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except as permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReptiBuddy and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, animals, property, or use, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, because ReptiBuddy is provided as a free informational service and purchases are completed through third-party sellers, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid directly to ReptiBuddy for access to the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Payments made to Amazon, other retailers, sellers, advertisers, or affiliate partners are not payments to ReptiBuddy.
